Over the past 20 years we have been bringing our non-brand specific education to thousands of stylists and helping them propel their careers in ways we couldn’t even imagine! What does non-branded specific mean? By learning the chemistry behind all of the products, color, and lighteners that we use, you will be able to get even better results from your favorite brand. That also means no selling and no shade in our classrooms.

Our goal is to help you better understand the chemistry of what we do every day in order to propel your skills to be able to tackle any color situation that comes your way.
Brenda Amaral
Brenda (everyone calls her “B”) is a salon owner, educator and a busy working stylist. She has shared her vast industry knowledge with thousands of students over the last twenty years as an educator, trainer and speaker. Her goal in life is to share her information and help as many stylists as possible make more money and have fun while doing it!
Kerri Hebb
Kerri is a seasoned stylist, owner of Brushed Hair Salon in Newburyport MA and an educator. Infusing humor, being relatable and providing honest information that helps fellow stylists and salon owners reach their goals and feel great! As a salon owner she understands the balance of both being a stylist behind the chair and serving as a leader that motivates and guides her team to be the best version of themselves.
